Jerry Gracey

Raised on an apple farm on the Salmon River, Jerry learned the value and work ethic from farming. His family operated a cider mill where they harvested, pressed, and sold apple cider. Farming potatoes, onions, hay, and practicing soil improvement were all part of his early life.

Along with farming, Jerry is a skilled dirt excavator and has built bridges, roads, lakes, arenas, and just about any dirt project you could imagine. Jerry “digs” what he does and can operate any equipment or machinery necessary for the project.

He is a skilled farrier and horseman and has shown and raised top-notch horses throughout his career. He is also experienced with cattle and smaller livestock. As for dogs, Jerry raises and has competed with his Border Collies while utilizing them to help on the ranch. He loves and appreciates his dogs, as they are true “partners.”

Jerry has also raised four sons and enjoys spending time with them and his grandchildren. Jerry’s experiences and skill set make him a great asset to you as you buy or sell any farm or ranch property, with over 15 years in the real estate industry.

Dyana Gracey

Dyana brings a lifetime of agriculture and western industry experience to real estate.

Raised on a ranch with horses and citrus groves, she led her high school FFA chapter and college horse club. Holding a B.S. in Agriculture Business and an M.S. in Agriculture Education, Dyana taught veterinary and animal science courses while managing campus farms and mentoring champion livestock students.

​

Dyana owned a feed store, worked in outside agriculture sales, managed Teskey’s for 14 years, and worked for RFDTV and The Cowboy Channel, all while supporting agriculture and the western industry. Her daughter and son-in-law continue the family legacy in agriculture.

Dyana has lived a life and career rooted in agriculture and the rural way of life. With a strong background in advertising, marketing, and sales, she brings valuable skills and experience to assist you throughout your real estate transactions.
